The certificate of origin is an indispensable document for export operations. It accompanies the goods and attests to their origin, thus meeting customs and trade requirements. The Agadir Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services (CCISSM) is authorized to issue and authenticate these certificates for exporting companies located within its jurisdiction.
Procedure for obtaining a certificate of origin
Pour obtenir un certificat d’origine, les demandeurs doivent d’abord soumettre un dossier juridique de leur entreprise à la CCISA. Ce dossier doit inclure :
- The company's articles of association
- Trade register (R.C)
- A copy of the patent
- Manager's national identity card (CIN)
In addition to these documents, all proof of origin of products intended for export must be provided.
