The resolution of disputes through alternative means, especially those related to mediation and arbitration, is of primary interest to national and international economic players. These alternative methods represent an ideal platform for the settlement of commercial disputes given the speed, flexibility and confidentiality they ensure in the handling of disputes.<\/p>

To this end, the creation of the International Center for Mediation and Arbitration of Agadir is necessary and necessary, even a priority, to promote small and medium-sized enterprises given its importance in the regional economic fabric.
