The regional director of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of the Souss Massa region is appointed by the management and must receive the approval of the competent government authority, in accordance with Article 43 of Law No. 12.38, which defines the status of chambers of commerce, industry and services. The director\u2019s responsibilities include:<\/p>

  • Implementing the decisions of the general assembly and the bureau.<\/strong><\/li>
  • Managing the administrative and financial aspects of the chamber.<\/strong><\/li>
  • Organizing, energizing and coordinating the activities of the structures under his supervision.<\/strong><\/li>
  • Appointing, training and evaluating the chamber\u2019s staff.<\/strong><\/li>
  • Attending the meetings of the general assembly, bureau and committees as an advisor.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>
